I have been in this field long enough to know most mold is discovered by Home Inspectors during a home inspection when someone is trying to sell or buy a home. In those situations there are going to be time constraints. I understand this and have never had issues getting a job done within the time frame.

Mold Remediation:
We perform mold remediation for private homes and commercial businesses.
If you suspect you have a mold issue, give us a call for a home inspection if your house is in the Spokane area and for sale or looking to purchase a home. In most cases an in person inspection is not necessary. Most mold remediation projects occur in the attics or crawl spaces. I am able to pull listing details from the house and get you a bid the same day in most cases. If a home inspection is available that he always helpful.
Mold Sampling:
If you suspect you have a mold issue but are not seeing the signs of mold growth, we will be able to confirm or deny if a residence might have a mold problem. Samples are typically taken in the form on Air-o-Cell cassettes which will evaluate the mold spores in the air.

I have been helping people solve their mold issues for over 15 years. I love the Pacific Northwest and am proud to call it home. I have a degree in Biology from Eastern Washington University which gives me a lot more knowledge than most about what mold is doing to a house and how it might effect you and your family.
